COMING SOON! Community Style Acupuncture

We offer individualized acupuncture sessions in a quiet community setting, as well as home health care recommendations and herbal formulas. Patients remain fully clothed in comfortable reclining chairs in a soothing healing environment. Treatments of this fashion have many benefits beyond being more affordable. Many find it more comfortable to have others around them during treatment rather than being isolated in a private room. The group setting also makes it possible for friends and family to receive healing at the same time. On special occasions you may also find a gong filling the air with powerfully healing vibrations!
Initial Processing: $20
Single treatment: $40

Acupuncture is a method of healing which has been practiced in the Orient for over 2,000 years.  Acupuncturists consider the body and mind as dual aspects of an energetic whole.  Illness is a manifestation of a disharmony of life energy or qi [chee].  This life energy circulates through the internal organs and in specific pathways throughout the body.

Acupuncture is the manipulation of fine needles inserted into points along the energy pathways to adjust imbalances within the body and to treat disease.  The needles are very small–16 acupuncture needles fit into a hypodermic needle used for medical injections/vaccines. Often acupuncture offers optimal results in conjunction with conventional medicine.

Acupuncture uses the body’s own healing process to alleviate pain and disease.  This means that acupuncture treatment has no harmful side effects.

Acupuncture activates and speeds the body’s own healing process.  It is outstanding for its ability to address the underlying cause of illness or pain, not merely its symptoms. Acupuncture’s effects are cumulative, long lasting and enhanced by appropriate diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
